Located aside a road, set within trees, you will find fresh and grey water facilities, chemical disposal point and electric hook up. Fresh water costs ten cents for ten litres. Electric hook up costs one euro for connection. We do not know the amperes provided. There is no charge to park at the sosta. Noteworthy of a mention there is some traffic noise.

Poggibonsi is a small town just off the “FI-SI” (Florence to Siena) toll-free dual carriageway. Poggibonsi may serve you well as a base to explore other towns in the region. For example, there are direct buses from Poggibonsi to Siena, direct buses from Poggibonsi to Florence and also direct buses between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. Train users will find a direct service from Poggibonsi to Florence.

The town centre of Poggibonsi is a short walk from the Poggibonsi camper stop and offers a few shops. There is also  a Penny Market and a Lidl.
